C.V. Auto Care, Inc.

I called this mechanic to request a quote for a potential engine repair and parts replacement. I explained that I am trying to compare prices before committing to a major repair and that I would need to arrange a tow just to bring the car in. During the call, I was told they would not provide any quote without seeing the vehicle in person, including even a general estimate or price range for parts or labor. While I understand that an in-person inspection can lead to more accurate pricing and that they wanted to avoid their time getting wasted. I was hoping for at least a basic estimate to help me plan financially. I did receive a labor quote for engine work, but overall the communication felt limited and not very flexible. There was also no offer to follow up or provide any guidance later, which made it harder to move forward or compare options. I’m already dealing with a difficult situation, and this added more stress rather than helping me get clarity on next steps.

This is a wonderful shop that is run by a Father and Son. The owner Bruno is very fair in his pricing and honest so that is why we continue to go back because we trust him and we recommend our friends and family to him.

Great service, great prices and Bruno is an awesome guy! He will be honest with you and he's very personable! Would strongly recommend C.V. Auto Care over any other mechanic any day!

My experience at C.V. Auto Care was absolutely wonderful! I brought my niece to get her breaks done, tires rotated, and and an oil change. The staff and the owner Bruno was so friendly, kind, and very professional. I will defiantly recommend this place! 10/10 customer service!
